Why use html-rspack-plugin instead of rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin?

I noticed that rspack actually has built-in plugins, but rsbuild chose to implement its own html-rspack-plugin, so is rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin a stable thing?

Is there any plan to migrate rsbuild to rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin?

When we released Rsbuild 1.0, rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin was stable but lacked some key features that Rsbuild requires, such as the plugin hooks.

Since Rspack v1.1, rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin supports the same plugins hook as html-rspack-plugin and it is possible to use it in Rsbuild. However, we think this is a breaking change as rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin only partially supports the EJS syntax.

So we plan to switch to rspack.HtmlRspackPlugin in Rsbuild v2.0 and remove the html-rspack-plugin dependency.
