换成pip3就可以了

环境变量path里加入pip的位置就行了

windows系统安装Python如果没有勾选添加到环境变量，会提示pip找不到，Linux系统一般是python2.x和Python3.x并存的使用python3的命令变成了python3,pip变成了pip3

依赖好难装，win下累得很
