You'd better to get a new AppID and AppKey from ai.qq.com, and try again. @linweiwei123

This retcode occurs when no faces are present in the screenshot according to my experience. Maybe you should check whether the screenshot was taken successfully

@wangshub I think the log output of this error should be revised and less confusing than tencent's official retmsg
