Ok, the last obstacle to this is that the authoring groups have changed, so https://github.com/w3ctag/security-questionnaire/actions/runs/12679739460/job/35383861163 is failing to publish via Echidna. I believe @ylafon needs to publish it once in this state, and then Echidna will start working, so I'll assign this issue to him.
