At the 2024-12-19 PAT meeting, we had consensus to:

  1. Adopt the PPA-API repo as the First Public Work Draft of our Private Attribution Measurement specification.
  2. Auto-publish new Working Drafts based on merged pull requests.

As was emphasized during the meeting, publishing a First Public Working Draft of the Private Measurement Attribution Measurement specification does not communicate Working Group consensus on all the contents, but instead indicates that the Working Group is working on this document and that we are asking for review as we work on it. To follow the requirements of the Process, we also have to document the open issues, which are currently tracked in the GitHub issue tracker; that also does not preclude opening additional issues.

We would like to confirm this consensus so please let us know if you object to adopting the PPA-API repo and auto-publishing by 2025-01-13, and please indicate why you object.

If we confirm the consensus, we will then ask the W3C team to:

  1. Enable Echidna and auto-publication
  2. Notify / start wider review

As an IE I cannot vote, but can confirm that this is what I heard as the consensus.
