This relates to #385

Emphasis marks in horizontal japanese text go above the text, but in horizontal Chinese text they go below. What happens when japanese is embedded in chinese text, or vice versa?

This is a tracker issue. Only discuss things here if they are i18n WG internal meta-discussions about the issue. Contribute to the actual discussion at the following link:
