[FEATURE] Add Countries Feeds to All Follows, Global Navigation

Currently in the navigation panel. We have "All Follows", "Global" & "Mute List"

Describe the solution you'd like

Add also "Country Feeds" because I want to see what's going on in my country and other countries.

Additional context

How would you know what country the user is in? Add an option in their profile to state what country, province, city they are in.
What if they lie? Some will lie but most people are honest.
You could even add feeds by province and city

Instead of Country, I would prefer to show Global feed only the posts made in a specific language.
