[UI/UX] do not expand notes beyond given length in feed instead open notes

When expanding long notes it can take a long time to scroll to the bottom of them and there is no way to avoid it.

Describe the solution you'd like

For notes past a certain length do not expand text in main feed. Always open note so back key can be used to close out of long note.
