[FEATURE] New version announcements

My experience with Obtanium is that fetching updates does not seem to work unless it's done manually. I have tried to correct this myself, but to no avail. Personally I am blind to Amethyst updates because of this. I would like to see amethyst natively announce available updates. It would be even better if it could suggest how many updates you have missed. "You are 6 versions behind latest." for example. I don't feel that this would be an intrusive notification in my alerts page. I usually don't dismiss the "zap the devs" alert, so this space seems appropriate for app updates as well. Dismissing a few updates may be preferred. I know Vitor often posts feature change lists somewhere on Nostr- it would be great if these were viewable from the same 'new version announcement' notification.
