On dataset upload, data goes missing #79

I tried to upload this csv

Sample data for Pharos - 1000 (1).csv

got this result:

Note that the data is now all numbers and many columns are blank

I also tried to upload this smaller CSV, with only 100 rows, and got a similar result:

Sample data for Pharos - 100.csv
