Missing 'Manipulate Expression Set Object' tool on EU server #828

The tool Manipulate Expression Set Object doesn't seem to be available on the EU server any more. The tool exists on the .org server but isn't searchable or available through tutorial mode / workflows. This tool is still in use with some tutorials such as Bulk matrix to ESet | Creating the bulk RNA-seq dataset for deconvolution.
