epymarl's requirements.txt fixes gym version to 0.21 (link)

whereas smac_lite requires "gym>=0.25" (link) which means smac_lite can use the latest gym version.

Are there any possible ramifications of this change that users should know (apart from what one can see in Gym's changelog)?
