Comments from participants on how to improve notebook 3:

add more visual cues (more plots?)
add a short "bigger picture" intro to each sub-exercise (what this specific part does in the whole pipeline/why is it there). Maybe an overall summary at the beginning could also do the trick?
add some inline explanations/comments to make big chunks of code easier to parse/understand
