Predefined configs

Right now partner is able to setup bot config individually per plugin.

We should offer predefined configs so that instead of customizing each plugin individually partner could simply select a predefined config.

Simply put partner should be able to:

1. Setup each plugin individually (already implemented)
2. Create a new config from a predefined config template in one click

For the start I think we should support 2 config templates:

1. Config with all plugins from https://github.com/ubiquity-os-marketplace and all default values
2. Minimal:

• https://github.com/ubiquity-os-marketplace/command-start-stop
• https://github.com/ubiquity-os-marketplace/daemon-pricing
• https://github.com/ubiquity-os-marketplace/text-conversation-rewards

Notice: the UI should support multiple predefined configs.

Then a preset for minimal which is just the three mentioned in the spec or should that be updated?

The only problem is the text-conversation-rewards that will require the evmPrivateKey and networkId to work properly, otherwise yes it is all defaults.
