Web app makes Safari use immense performance

Description

Whenever a project is opened on Safari with an Apple Silicon MacBook, activity monitor shows the CPU using immense resources. This was not the case in older versions.

With "older versions", do you mean earlier versions of the app as a whole or of the embedded Typst compiler (which you can select via the compiler version picker in the settings side panel)?

As-is, the issue isn't really actionable. We'd need a few more details like:

• Does it happen on all compiler versions?
• Does it happen on all projects, even small ones?
