[Feature] Select by columns for table (even by rows and columns together) #6214

Currently you can only select by rows, but it is very useful to select by columns for table.
For example:

Clear all cells of one column
Copy cells of one column to another column
Copy from "row 2 column 2" to "row 4 column 4" to "row 8 column 2"
