How to reference typescript definitions when referencing CDN? #9

Hi, I'm not using NPM on my project and I'm fairly new to typescript, so wondering if there's a way to reference a .d.ts for typescript when I'm just including it by <script> tags? I swear there used to be one.

I do have konva installed on npm globally but also not sure how to reference that. Thanks
