Discussion in 21 March 2024 meeting:

Perhaps add language to make it clearer that the intent is to follow the X.509 chain first.

Which chain do you follow in that instance?

Are there interop issues if X.509 introduces one root of trust and VC chain introduces another?

How does DID resolution find the relevant certs?
