[DP0004] Incorporate Design Principles for SSI

Jasmin Huber and Johannes Sedlmeir offer content that should be incorporated. They have offered to help map their published data into our DP004 deliverable.

@jstclair2019 @sankarshanmukhopadhyay We need to make some decisions to some basic questions:

1. Are the comments made in the book referenced above associated with DP0004 or DP0031 ?
2. Whichever they are pertinent to, we need to leverage this work in the appropriate document. Specifically, our DP document should reference or give consideration to the ramifications of including/excluding such principles in a solution.

Prior to the establishment of DP0031 (SSI) I had thought the book material was helpful for DP0004 (Design) but that may now be different. I think it is worth a discussion.

My opinion is that the work presented by Jasmin and Johannes should be included into the additional 'Best Practices' document which is to be included within the scope of the Principles of SSI Task Force.

If the NET result is to establish a new BP document then representatives of the SSI TF should rename this issue appropriately -- for example "[BPxxxx] Considerations for SSI Adoption" where xxxx is a yet-to-be-identified number.
