The error message described in issue Tatoeba#1413 is as follows:

An Internal Error Has Occurred.
Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

Issue Tatoeba#1413 has been fixed, but the error message (which might appear in other situations) still has bad capitalization. It should be:

An internal error has occurred.
Error: An internal error has occurred.
