Launcher issues on latest games #200

When I launch thprac in the th18 folder, it launches the launcher, instead of launching the game exe directly like it does in the previous games folders.

Plus, thprac cannot find the vanilla exes of th18.5 and 19 when scanning the game folders, only the steam releases.
