I have ripped a CD https://musicbrainz.org/release/d43bc51b-5e08-4949-b309-1e6aa0d3540c using CUETools under Windows and Morituri under Arch Linux. In CUETools all tracks are Accurately ripped but in morituri only some are. I have checked the FLACs md5 checksum and compared the inaccurately ripped tracks done using morituri but they match the md5 of the accurately ripped FLACs created by CUETools. What is causing this?
