desrialisation error

Hi Sorry to Post here again but recently had a hardware issue and had to rebuild my server and im almost positive i setup neolink the smae way but now im getting these errors.

i dont remember encountering this error before and im honestly not sure where to start. any help would be greatly appreciated

not sure how to close this thread but turns out it was an error as gstreamer wasnt installed correctly
