draggable being false is not respected for mobile touch events #122

When setting draggable: false map still drags on mobile.
I saw that you are working on a new version release which fixes most of issues with touch events, maybe this will get fixed. Please feel free to close the issue in that case.

Thanks for letting me know about this issue, I'll consider fixing it on the next release, for now please update to v1.5.3 which fixes most of the issues releated to dragging and zoom on mobile devices.
