Dear Matthew,

we are using your Docker image [1] for running the test suite of mqttwarn [2] against different versions of Python and it is a great help for us. Thanks a bunch for sharing your work!

Now, as Python 3.9 has been released the other day, we would like to add mqtt-tools/mqttwarn@0922e87.

Do you see anything you might be able to do about supporting Python 3.9?

With kind regards,
Andreas.

Python versions are added and updated in the docker-tox-base repository. We also need to update Tox to incorporate a change to the blacklist/whitelist terminology released last summer. I'll come up with a related PR.

Any news on this? Would be nice to have a new docker image with 3.9 released. Please :)

I suppose they are still busy debating whitelists blacklists and don’t have time to make functional improvements. :-/
