证书确实导入到不信任证书中了，UAC也保持开启

可能是这 Windows 版本有啥特殊设定? 我没用过 IoT 企业版 LTSC, 这个工具的能做的事情 (导入证书) 已经完成了.

我的一切正常，我是Windows 10 IoT 企业版 LTSC，版本号21H2。屏蔽后，点击QQ的安装程序，显示管理员已禁止运行。

貌似除了腾讯，其他的没一个挡得住

现在的很多安装程序会直接安装在当前用户目录下，而不会默认勾选为“所有用户安装”，这样的话不需要管理员特权。也就不需要小盾牌。也许是这样导致添加 UAC 的拦截政策无效。（仅猜测）
