The existing PR #139 will make colorama more colorful for Windows.

It would be nice if there were also more colors available on macOS and Linux. The colored module already supports more colors on these OSes, so its source code should be useful as one possible reference implementation.

One way or another, there should be a consolidated API in colorama which provides extra colors in a cross-platform manner.
