Observed: when dragging a photo straight from Photos into Tact, you get a lower resolution/quality JPEG. In one test case, Photos original is 4032 × 3024 and the dragged version is 1024 × 768.

In previous macOS versions, there was a notification warning shown in this case, but doesn’t happen in Big Sur.

Expected: dragged photo should be high quality, same as in Photos app.
