Originally reported: laravel#1975

TL;DR: I need to build a fresh libvirt box but the process is essentially pulling another libvirt, provisioning homestead, and creating a box from that VM. It's a bit more involved than packer. Unless there's something I'm missing regarding Packer + Bento templates and libvirt.
