list of instances with disabled warning

There are cases when warnings are disabled. It seems to be a tug of war between abundance of caution and developer experience.

Some reasoning for warning disabling is here: #12119 which mentions <slot> and <svelte:element> error disabling, in addition to the PR itself which disables an a11y_label_has_associated_control warning when the <label> contains a child component.

The same a11y warning is disabled when there are spread props: #15067. At least one user has voiced reservation: #15238

The same a11y warning regarding snippets remains open #11711

I have only looked into (the same) a11y warning, but please list below additional or future warnings that are being disabled. I hope that this thread, with your contribution, can help users understand them and the maintainers make decisions.
