What?
The MacroForwarder address is missing from the networks' Contract addresses tables on the https://explorer.superfluid.finance/protocol page.

The address is the same on all networks: 0xFD0268E33111565dE546af2675351A4b1587F89F

Acceptance criteria

Code review is approved by at least 2 reviewers
Tested by Elvijs/QA & discovered bugs resolved
Assignee/opened by merges PR
Automated E2E tests for happy path
Code is merged
