[USER-V2] Gnosis safe Wallet Connect app does not work with the dashboard

Steps to reproduce:

Open up gnosis safe
Open the apps section
Look for "Wallet connect" and open the app

Open the dashboard in a new tab
Click "Connect Wallet"
Choose WalletConnect in the web3 modal
Open the official WalletConnect modal
Copy the WalletConnect link
Paste it into the Gnosis Safe WalletConnect app

Actual result:
The gnosis safe wallet does not connect and user gets an error message

Expected result:
The gnosis safe wallet gets connected to the dashboard page

Possible fix:
We might need to pass chainId to the WalletConnect
