[USER-V2] Settings page permission form allowance fields don't re-validate the form on changes

When a user modifies existing token or stream allowances, the form does not re-check the values as soon as they get changed in the field, only after user loses focus to it ( clicks somewhere else ) , which makes it so that if you want to edit just token allowance or stream allowance you have to click away from the field or double click on the "save changes" button
