Invalid date in ncursesw gemspec for Ruby 1.8 #18
Comments
I think this is the only thing stopping an 1.8 release, if we go for ncurses-ruby as @5long suggested we can push out a new release for both 1.8 and 1.9 pretty soon I think. Then take some more time to get the other stuff back on track for ruby 2.0, switching to psych, getting maildir support and the rest specified in the roadmap. |
I'll put up a branch doing this so we can test it on various Linux distros and Mac. |
Ok, great! 👍 |
What about just forking our own version of it, and get rid of it when the rest of the ncurses gems get their act together.. ? |
Good idea. I'll just fork ncursesw-ruby since all we have to do is just fixxing the date format in gemspec (well, hopefully). |
Fixed in #36. |
Upstream issue: rlane/ncursesw-ruby#2, see error in: https://travis-ci.org/5long/sup/jobs/5918964. Brought up in issue #16.
