Deprecate [email protected] and release 5.0.0

loopback-swagger v4.2.0 introduced a major change in loopback-swagger where it generates operation scoped models. Original issue why this was done is here -> strongloop/loopback#2924 and the loopback-swagger PR for this feature is here -> #92. Ideally this should have been released as loopback-swagger major version 5.0.0. Hence we will be deprecating [email protected] and release 5.0.0 for this major change. To opt in the changes, use ^5.0.0. Otherwise, use ^4.3.0

Done releasing 5.0.0 and 4.3.0 and deprecating 4.2.0. Closing the issue.
