Strange appearance on startup of Lunux app

I find your app very good!
Issue is: I use Linux Mint with Cinnamon. On startup apps window appears out of screens. I use laptop with additional monitor. Monitor is bigger and set as main. App window on start is located partially on left laptops display but above it.
I think that window coordinates are calculated from top of bigger monitor and from left of smaller laptops screen.
