JS SDK AssembledTransaction cookbooks

We have a very good documentation on AssembledTransaction and I really love it. But I think we are lacking cookbooks/examples, that are similar to this specific doc (covers different use cases with code examples). From my experience working with external developers, they like having a full code in front of them to see how to work with a library. I think it's a bigger discussion about our documentation, but right now it's a pretty big obstacle for contract developers. Ideally, developer would like to see a document in our dev docs about how to work with TS bindings + various use cases covered (basically, copy JS doc into stellar-docs and add more code examples)
