Fixes for requests rejected rows showing wrong sender
New UI applied for members approvals and rejections: once approved

When approved the member request row will be filtered and just the approved request row will be visible, same when rejected
Approved and rejected requests will show with green and gray background colors and buttons won't be visible.
Reject button in member request row changes from red to grey.
