Implement placeholder view for empty conversations

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Build UI and logic to show placeholder on non confirmed contacts
Build UI and logic to show placeholder on confirmed contacts with empty conversation

Acceptance Criteria

Implement placeholder UI and logic for empty conversations, independently if they are confirmed or pending contacts
