The goal of the notes below are to start capturing items as discussed during the meeting, as well as assigning action items and helping with agenda management. This could be facilitated by a "note-taker" role on calls, and more will be discussed in coming weeks.

Create an issue for action items recorder role, or additional roles on the call such as note-taker (Jason/Lane)

Call notes: Jason to review process alongside Phillip against SOP

Question: best structure for the notes? how to stop from falling behind?

  • meeting minutes/notes high-level against the agenda
  • meeting transcription (+ future edits to fix bloopers)
  • regular updates (abandoned? continue?)
  • individual agendas and additions (crowdsourcing)
  • next step? trying to find what works, and make it easier for others
    • agenda created after the call (Jason/Lane)
    • raw transcription uploaded to Github (Jason/Lane)
    • updates to SOP (Jason/Phillip)

Request: add comments to Long-term projects for the governance working group (#56)

  • add as an action item: async ways to keep up with the group
  • Jenny: 2-3 month picture of what we want to do, add accountability

Survey follow-up (#60)

  • share resources links?
  • share blog post?
  • share more info? new content? blog post? landing page?
  • who drafts the email? where do we send it from?
  • action: comment on github issue! (Lane/Jason)

Governance Landing Page (#45)

  • github pages as main outlet for presentation (Jason/others?)
  • concern about content, best way to organize, who will fill in?

Blog post:

  • call for shared values, discussions of social layer, differentiates us
  • project board: https://github.com/stacksgov/pm/projects/2
  • open to publishing within 1 week with input
  • action: deadlines and chasing down people (Jenny)

SIPs proposal process moves to discussion for next week.

Engineering calls added to the calls readme, will need to be added to the SOP.

  • action: Jason will create an issue for this and review SOP as part of earlier actions/tasks

One-pagers from Harold: #54

  • call to action: please contribute and add comments, ideas, input, etc.
  • move to action items on the agenda?

Community research observer: fold into bigger issue for community board seat / responsibilities?

Code of Conduct (proposals#11)

  • move to action items on the agenda?
  • include the Code of Conduct from blockstack
  • goal of getting a FIRST DRAFT instead of just mentioning?
  • move under Founding Document Review for organization?

FYI - I did not close this issue yet as I would like to translate the action items / assignments, as well as some of the changes from the notes into the next agenda. Not sure on the best way to do that as of yet, but #62 covers some of the possible bigger picture changes moving forward.
