   Create a media hub/presence for the purpose of providing messaging, communications, and media coverage opportunities for all grant applicants and builders in the broader Stacks and Bitcoin.

   DeOrganized - The Stacks Media Hub, helps provide content and media coverage that is aimed at promoting and benefiting projects building in Stacks and Bitcoin related blockchains.

• Kick-off payment: Create podcast and spaces platforms 0% - $0

• Milestone 1: 50% - $70 - August 1st 2024
  Deliverables:
  ⁃ Produce 2 Podcasts highlighting DeGrants and Stacks related projects.
  ⁃ Host 4 Twitter/X Spaces for Stacks projects to be featured
  ⁃ Write Announcement Blog Post for DeGrants website.

   This project is being incorporated into the Stacks Link https://x.com/StacksLink project and will be open source in that other participants looking to provide similar coverage will be able to do so via Stacks Link

UPDATE:
The community reception and support for the DeOrganized live podcasts episodes has warranted a pivot. While we have produced a handful of articles, we have for the past several weeks been producing a morning news episode M-F bringing the Stacks news to the community as well as hosting community leaders and project developers. This has shown to be more in demand to help reach a broader audience than writing articles. While we do still intend to include article writing as part of the DeOrganized Media project to cover the projects building in the Stacks space, we are shifting our Milestones.

We have produced over 30 episodes supporting many of the DeGrants projects including Skullcoin, RisingTides, Charisma, StacksLink, TacOvation, Boom Wallet, STX.CITY, #100day, BlockWeb, Zero to Clarity, Derupt, StacksBets, SyndiAI etc. etc. as well as many other community and ecosystem initiatives and projects.

We have completed all of our milestones and then some if we consider the Good Morning Stacks show to count for the articles in our initial milestone submission. We have held over 13 spotlight X spaces. We've produced 9 episodes of the DeOrganized main podcast, have hosted a few other spaces on our new added slot for Whatever Mondays and are committed to continuing and expanding our coverage and content production with this project.

Next steps include identifying key marketing partners to work together with DeOrganized as the go to place for reaching the Stacks and Bitcoin communities. We plan to utilize the initial income from key marketing partners to obtain Gold Check status on X which will give us a $1000+ monthly budget for marketing and promotion on X.
