What steps will reproduce the problem?

I didnt title my work and the program had trouble registering

Hi @Mike3901 thank you for the report! Could it be possible for you to share what code you were working on when the error was raised? Also, seems like you were then working/running an untitled file? Or what do you refer when saying that there was a problem registering your untitled work?

Any other info to better understand what could be happening is greatly appreciated! Let us know!
