AttributeError when a file is named numpy.py and placed at the root of a user's home directory #23392

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

i dont know what caused the prolem...........................

Hey @saleez01, thanks for reporting. I think the problem happens because you have this file in your user directory:

C:\Users\DELL\numpy.py

Please rename it to something other than numpy and it should be fixed.
