update abstract word limit #1

On both the demos and lightning talk pages, there is reference to 150 word abstract and 250 word abstract.

Both pages should be updated to 250 everywhere.

Fixed. Used the variable defined in the CFP in the appropriate places, so future changes should be global and error-free. Or, that's the theory.
