I can't launch my game now after I moved its install location to a SSD

The logs are from the official paradox launcher.
Not Paradox Launcher would simply show an error.
If you have Not Paradox Launcher in the same location as the game, redo the initial setup for it by starting launcher.exe directly to reconfigure the path (as the file that specifies this is located in local appdata and is not moved when moving the game from steam.
