[Bug] Millennium crashes or causes Steam to abort while shutting down

Describe the Bug

Millennium version: v2.17.2

Millennium Crashing:

Millennium has a fatal error that it can't recover from, check the logs for more details!
Terminating with uncaught exception of type `std::length_error` with `what()` = "basic_string::_M_create"

Expected Behavior

Millennium shouldn't crash or cause Steam to abort while Steam is shutting down.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start Steam without any theme/plugin
2. Shutdown Steam
