Hi, can you open a ticket on the official plugin page? In your support request, please include the URL for a specific page where you are using the shortcode.

If you can turn on debugging and copy any error message you see, that would be very helpful.

Incidentally, I looked at the source on a couple of pages on your site and I don't see the scripts or styles for the shortcode loading. Are you sure you have the plugin installed and activated?
