Don't make user repeat first_SV and stream_to_log #8

The variables

first_SV: 1 # First SV counter defined in PCAP file
stream_to_log: # Desired SV stream to record

are repeated 3 times for publisher, receiver and hypervisor.

The values are the same for the 3 roles.

Maybe put their definitions in a unique place?
