Seems like the only package that does what I need but it seems like it's only macos/mobile supported?

I got it to semi-work, problem is 4.0 doesn't work with video_player_media_kit because of a path version conflict with 1.9.0 and 1.9.1 (4.0)

I'm going to probably fork this repo and downgrade it just to see if 4.0 works, if it does I'll share my results.
