Rethink Report functionality 🧐

Report button should not do all the job by itself. It should only report a bad data, somehow we have to make the decision to generate new data and compare with old record to identify before deleting the old record. I think we may need a little backend (maybe edge function) to do report processing realtime to give users what they wanted in our tool.

But I think this ticket needs to be completed first #6 This will make the whole scoring more accurate, trustable and authentic.
